Our booths come with comprehensive, end-to-end management services that go above and beyond what many others offer. Our full range of trade show services includes custom booth design, production management, fabrication, artwork, graphics, print production, coordinating third-party show services, logistics and shipping, installation and dismantling of your booth, onsite supervision, and storage and inventory management.
At any expo in Chicago, custom exhibit rentals give you the flexibility to create a booth that matches your brand and goals. Our careful process of creating your ideal booth is managed by our team of experienced staff members, from design to installation, take down, and even storage.
About 60 days out from your expo, our team will create a preliminary design and estimate for your company. Once we make any necessary changes to your custom trade show display and receive your approval, we begin designing your brand graphics. Once these are created and we have your approval, we will begin production.
Production includes processing of artwork, manufacturing, reserving rental items, pre-setup for your booth, and a final approval of all materials. We then ship your custom trade show exhibit and materials to a pre-show warehouse storage location.
About two or three days before the show, our team will begin installing your custom trade show display in Chicago. During the expo, our team will be on site ready to help with anything you may need.
Following the trade show, Cardinal Expo will take care of dismantling your booth and transporting any materials. Whether it’s going in the warehouse, back on the road for a show in Minneapolis–St. Paul or elsewhere in the Midwest, or across the country for another part of your trade show program, we’ll make sure it gets there on time and in the right condition.
