At Cardinal Expo, we partner with our clients to plan their tradeshow event experience. To kick off the process of planning, our sales and design team will meet with you to explore and learn more about the goals that you’d like to accomplish at your event.
We are by your side from concept to reality. Whether you already have a booth design in mind, or you need to come up with something from scratch, our talented and experienced representatives can show you all the possibilities.
Our management of show site services begins well before the event. Our coordinators source all needed information and order forms, set timelines and note discount deadlines, preorder, and handle all show services.
Our on-site management team oversees the installation and dismantling of your booth, tests each TV monitor and media player for audio and video quality, oversees daily operations, and the coordination of freight handling.
Our on-site management team supervises the dismantle and coordinates shipping logistics off-site. The Cardinal Expo sales team stay in touch for future development and provide an invoice for any last-minute additions.

Our clients can choose an existing 3-D design and make it their own with custom graphics that represent their brand, gets their message across, and grabs the attention of trade show visitors in a space filled with lots of competition.

Third-Party Show Services & Utilities
Our management of on-site show services begins well before the event. As a courtesy to all Cardinal Expo clients, our coordinator’s source all needed information and order forms, set timelines with emphasis on discount deadlines, assist with completing specs for all 3rd party show services and utilities, so that the only thing our client has to do is provide payment to the show organizers.
These services could include electrical, internet, lead retrieval, rigging, and material handling/drayage. Having Cardinal Expo as your partner to handle these services helps ensure accuracy, reduce costs by planning for all services needed in advance.
Preset, Inventory & Packing
Consider it a trial run! Our warehouse production team will provide a 100% pre-set of your exhibit. We’ll make sure that everything fits together and finishes nicely so that your exhibit provides a great first impression to your clients and visitors. We’ll photograph the exhibit and do a complete inventory during the pre-set dismantle. All parts are carefully organized, packed and crated so that your investment arrives safely to your event.
Cardinal Expo takes pride in the quality of our exhibits through all stages. At your show, our onsite supervisor will work closely with labor teams to expedite a seamless build of your exhibit. The Cardinal Expo supervisor will schedule a pre-show walkthrough to highlight the features of your exhibit, such as any technology, lighting, storage, etc and will turn over the exhibit to your team. A supervisor will also return at the end of your show to dismantle, inventory and pack the exhibit back into crates for the return to our Cardinal Expo warehouse.
It’s important to document any client-owned products with your Cardinal Expo Salesperson prior to the end of the show. While many of our clients oversee the logistics of their own products, some clients prefer to enlist Cardinal Expo to assist. Proper planning and communication across all teams allow for a successful strategy to handle all moving parts to and from the trade show floor.
How does my exhibit arrive to my show or event? Cardinal Expo logistics coordinators will schedule and track the carrier of your crates from our warehouse and along the way to its final destination.
Based on your exhibit size and complexity, Cardinal Expo will provide on-site labor with detailed instructions and parts lists to assemble your exhibit at your show or event. Before that can happen, we’ll monitor all of your show services and utilities to make sure they are in place and ready for the exhibit to be built.
Your event has ended and it was a great success! At Cardinal Expo, our job does not end there. Our logistics and coordination teams will schedule your freight pickup from the tradeshow floor black to our warehouse. When your exhibit arrives our team will be on hand to receive it, inventory the contents of each crate, photograph your graphics, and store items that can be reused at your next show.
